One to One Breathwork Session

An opportunity to breathe, sit, and share weekly with an intimate cohort of ten individuals to create a spiritual anchor and sanctuary over the coming month.

This small group breathwork intensive is offered as a more intimate anchor of support over the coming month. Meeting weekly, our sessions will begin with opening meditation to invite embodied presence, followed by individual check-ins (optional) to presence that which is surfacing in your experience. We will then embark on a 50-minute breathwork journey to move energy, reclaim the breath, and reconnect to the wisdom within.

This series is ideal for those seeking a spiritual “sangha” or community of support over the coming month, and the intimacy, safety, and confidentiality of being with a consistent group of practitioners seeking to navigate these challenging times with resource, equanimity, and grace.

PLEASE NOTE:

*Commitment: This series is intended for practitioners who can commit to attending all four sessions, and to being present for the duration of each session. Group agreements will be emailed prior, including agreements to maintain strict confidentiality of what is shared in these sessions.

*Virtual Meetings: We will meet weekly on Zoom. You will want to ensure you can find a private space in your home where you will not be interrupted during the sessions. I encourage everyone to engage with video camera on, both during the opening and breathwork, to support my ability to assist you remotely during the breathwork journey.

*Contraindications: While breathwork does not require prior experience and is of benefit to anyone seeking somatic healing, support, and growth, this particular modality is not advised for pregnant women, and can be contraindicated for those with schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, epilepsy, or severe hypertension. If you have any questions, please contact Tai for additional details and insight.

Breathwork is one of our most powerful allies in times of duress, change, and transformation, and a profound resource for physical, psychological, and emotional wellbeing and resilience. 

Without conscious awareness, the breath becomes restricted and shallow in response to the stressors of life. In reclaiming the fullness of your breath through conscious, deep breathing, the body can unwind accumulated tension and allow the bound energy to be released and integrated, resulting in greater peace of body and mind, and capacity to engage life from a place of empowered resource and one’s deepest wisdom and understanding.

Breathwork is also a catalyst for expanded states of awareness in which one can see things more clearly, accessing that which lives beyond the reaches of the mind and conceptual understanding, and thus a powerful adjunct to more traditional talk-based therapies.

From the comfort of your own home, you will be guided in an experiential journey of conscious breathing. A thoughtfully curated playlist will accompany your process, along with attuned cues and invitations to bring your awareness deeper into the body, and into the breath. Our time together will include a centering meditation and introduction, a 60-minute breathwork journey, and opportunity to share as a group.

There is tremendous power and alchemical potential in shared fields of intention and presence, and I look forward to joining together to light the flame.

*REGISTRATION CLOSES 1-hour prior to the session start time. Upon registration, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to the Zoom session, and an additional email will be sent one day prior to the session as a reminder. If you do not receive an email, please email me at least one hour prior to the session so I can resend.

The session will start promptly on-time. Please note that late arrivals/early departures will be energetically disruptive to the group field, so please sign-in a few minutes prior to the session start, and plan to stay with us for the duration. 

*Virtual Breathwork Information: Please see the Session Preparation page for more information about preparing for your virtual session. If you are new to breathwork with Tai, you will need to watch the embedded “Introduction to Breathwork” video that offers instruction on the breathing technique, as well as context for support a rich and rewarding journey.

NDIVIDUAL GUIDANCE SESSION | VIRTUAL, 60-MIN

I am honored to offer guidance and coaching to those seeking perspective and tools to meet their experience. This can serve as a beneficial adjunct to more traditional talk therapy, informed by a broader spiritual and energetic perspective. These sessions can include guided meditation and visualization, and shamanic journeywork as appropriate. WHAT TO EXPECT IN A SESSION

In our First session (hour-long) you can bring with you a question that you would like some clarity on. We will have a conversation about where you feel limited, where you can gain strength and how to step up into owning your story. Our tool is a breathwork practice. I will teach a simple yet profound breathing pattern that with practice will give you the courage and the mastery to begin your own joyous journey. Follow up sessions are a half-hour and focus mainly on breathwork and questions that come up. With regular at-home practice and a one on one weekly or biweekly session you will begin to see a tremendous shift in your life. Elevate your life.. one breath at a time. ​-Sessions are one on one and offered via skype or zoom.-Sessions can also be done in person at Shanti Valley, Spain.
