What is Face Yoga?
Face Yoga is a series of exercises that will help sculpt and tone your face just as Yoga does for the body. While Botox and other harsher treatments aim to freeze your muscles into a smooth and relaxed state, you can achieve natural facial muscle relaxation through a series of exercises targeted at various parts of the face. In this session, you will learn a daily routine that will help you achieve a glowing healthy face.
We have 43 muscles in our face. With targeted moves, you can release stored stress around the eyes, tension around the jaw, increase blood flow, stimulate the skin and balance the liquid in your ear canal. In addition to lifting the face, you will experience a sense of calm and mindfulness. Remember that true beauty is on the inside, and working on feeling good within and out, radiates through the face.

My personal journey with Face Yoga?
I have personally been practicing face yoga for over 20 years. After popular requests, I am honored to offer this to you.
My Journey into daily face Yoga routine started from my search to alleviate some aches and pains I was feeling in my body. There was a time when my daily schedule was in front of the computer for hours. I used to feel this pain in my jaw and eye twitching. This search led me to Michael, a Nepalese Buddhist monk with roots in China. He said I was on the road to experiencing thyroid problems and offered me this wonderful alternative. This invited the sacred practice, which I have been practicing now for the last 20 years.
I have been doing this for a long time. It is just something I follow after brushing teeth in the morning. Remember Face yoga is a long-term game, but the feel-good results are immediate and the brilliance in the face increase over time. You have to commit to Reap the benefit. NOTE TO SELF: BRUSH TEETH, WASH FACE, STROKE SKIN.
Although I started the practice in complete faith there are numerous studies available that support the method. It takes only 10 minutes or less, daily.
No time in the morning, no worries do it at night after brushing teeth. You can add in your breath like I do, to get two in one benefit.
