


Pranayama Self-Paced Summer Program
This page is intended for those who have attended my weekly Pranayama/Breathwork group class from Europe and North America every Monday and Wednesday for the past 6-12 months.
I am so delighted that you have dedicated the time to cultivate the Pranayama practice with me. Here is a self-paced summer schedule for you to continue your practice on your own.
There will be some zoom classes scheduled over July and August lead by Raji so you can meet and practice the recorded sessions as a group to increase accountability and benefit from the energy of the group. You will be notified of these directly via email.

July-August Recorded Classes
I have created a playlist with 6 recorded classes. My hope is that you can maintain your practice of 2-3 days a week over the summer with this playlist. Try one recording per week.
Suriyanamaskar (Sun Salutation - 15 mins)
For those of you that would like practice Suriyanamaskar, I have also included a short 13 minute practice that you can follow along
Chair Warmup (15 mins)
The warm up exercises we currently do require a mat, but if you are away on a holiday and still want to keep it up, here is a shorter warmup routine that you can do on a chair
